Since 2008 from your generous donations Veterans Who Care has provided thousands to our veterans and their families in need right here in our local community by aiding them with rent assistance, utility assistance, furniture, household goods, food, job searches and training, and much more.  Without your generous donations this would not be possible so for that Veterans Who Care thank you for that. We here at Veterans Who Care understand the hard work that you put in to earn your keeps so we know that it is important to keep all unnecessary expenses down to a minimum.  We do this in several ways,  all Trustees are Volunteers (unlike most charities), most work is done by volunteers when possible or allowable by law, and we keep all of our utilities at a minimum.  Our main expenses are rent for the furniture bank, bookkeeping (IRS), utilities, and some minor expenses.  So this means that 100% of your donation goes directly to Veterans Who Care, not to an outside company or telemarketer.  We are proud that every dollar goes for the aid of our clients either by direct aid or storage for furniture donations.
